Simon Wishart is Southern Ag Grain’s General Manager.

Simon is a NSW local and has had extensive experience in the grain industry. He is well known to many producers in the region as a buyer for Weston Milling & Animal Nutrition and as the Manager of the Albury mill.  

Melissa Winson is Southern Ag Grain’s Office Manager.

Melissa is a qualified accountant and holds degrees in business and information technology and has achieved a master of accounting qualification. Most recently she held the role of Asset Accountant at the University of Edinburgh and prior to this Melissa was the Finance and Services Manager for Flip Screen Australia. She has also held a Senior Advisory role with KPMG in Canberra and accounting roles with local Wagga based firms. She has completed Grain Trade Australia's Trade Rules, Contracts & Dispute Resolution and Grain Standards courses.

Amy Galvin is one of Southern Ag Grain's Grain Merchants.

Amy holds a Degree in Business Management (Marketing) and has experience working in feedlot operations at Holbrook and Tarcutta. She has completed Grain Trade Australia's Trade Rules, Contracts & Dispute Resolution, Grain Commodity Trading & Marketing and Grain Standards courses.

Peter Havrlant is one of Southern Ag Grain's Grain Merchants.

Peter holds a degree in Agricultural Science majoring in Animal Science. He joins Southern Ag Grain after five years in the Riverina working in the feedlot industry. This role involved responsibility for all commodity, feeding and manure operations in a 35,000 head feed yard. Prior to this he also worked with NSW Department of Primary Industries as a Regulatory Officer and as Quality Assurance Officer in the food industry. He has completed Grain Trade Australia's Grain Commodity Trading & Marketing and Grain Standards courses.
